Using Wiggle
Report an issue
If something looks wrong in Wiggle, tell us from the app. You choose whether to send technical diagnostics.
Send a report
- Open Settings, then Report an issue.
- Choose a category: Something isn't working, Data looks wrong, Accessibility, Suggestion or Something else.
- Under Tell us what happened, describe the problem.
- If you want to, turn on Include technical diagnostics.
- Select Send report.
Wiggle then shows your reference, which begins with WIG-. Keep it if you need to
follow up. You can send up to five reports for each home in a day.
What Wiggle sends
Every report includes what you wrote, the app version and build, and your device's operating system version or browser type.
Diagnostics are off unless you turn them on. If you do, Wiggle sends the technical events and any crash or hang reports that this device has kept from the last 24 hours, with its device type, then removes them from the device. They do not include energy readings, account details or screenshots. Wiggle does not send them at any other time. We normally keep them for 30 days.
The web app has no diagnostics to send, so its screen does not show this switch.
If a report will not send
Select Retry sending. If it still will not send, select Copy your message and email it to support@wiggle.energy.
Ask a question by email
In Settings, select Contact support. Wiggle opens an email to us with your app version and build filled in. If your phone has no email account, Wiggle shows the address and those details for you to copy. You can also see Wiggle support, which links to our service status page.
Still stuck?
Email support@wiggle.energy, or use Report an issue in the app. We aim to reply within one working day.
