These terms cover your use of wiggle.energy (the “site”), operated by NRB Tech Ltd (“we”, “us”), company number 11590173, registered office Fairleigh, Coldhill Lane, New Mill, Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, HD9 7JX.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site describes Wiggle, a home-energy product in early development. It is not a live consumer service yet. Content is general information only. Nothing on the site is professional advice on tariffs, installations, safety or your energy contract, and it does not create a contract for goods or services with us.
If you register interest or ask for help, you confirm the information you give is accurate and that you are happy for us to contact you as described in our privacy notice. Submitting a form does not guarantee a pilot place, a reply within a set time, or any particular outcome.
Help-page replies are informal suggestions from our experience. They are free and without warranty. Always check decisions with your supplier, installer or a qualified professional where it matters for safety or your contract.
You must not:
The site content, design and branding are owned by NRB Tech Ltd or used under licence. Wiggle™ and the Wiggle logo are trade marks of NRB Tech Ltd. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
The site may link to other websites (for example suppliers or public resources). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw content, forms or the whole site at any time without notice.
We may update these terms as the site or product develops. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do, and the version published here is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from use of (or inability to use) the site or reliance on its content, including free help suggestions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring claims in your local courts where the law allows.
